Doma-Doma @ Tokyo

Doma-Doma might look like a regular izakaya, but adventure & novelty beckon within - start with the smoked jar of chicken, bacon & liver (so good), then attack the sea urchin risotto, 'dragon steak' of beef short ribs with avocado, horse meat tartare, & a Japanese-Swiss hybrid of yakitori cheese fondue - flavour-packed fare, washed down with a fizzy mix of red wine with Coke.
