Ingman Ice Cream @ Suomenlinna, Finland

Childhood & adult pleasures abound around Finland's picturesque island fortress of Suomenlinna, a World Heritage site where we found ourselves strolling alongside countless families on a sunny Saturday afternoon, licking liquorice-&-strawberry ice cream (produced by this Nordic nation's Ingman frosted dessert company) & sipping on red wine to celebrate the weekend.

  1. This must be a backdated post - my friends just went last week...and it was all white, snowing. Looked like a whole lot of fun, a White Christmas, speaking of which, it's Christmas Eve! A Happy Christmas to you and all your loved ones. Joy to the world, cheers!!!
