Masakan Warisan: Dalca Malaysia @ Solaris Dutamas

This pop-up stall dishes out its own fuss-free interpretation of Penang's nasi dalca - fluffy rice (nasi tomato, when we visited) served with a gently flavoured dal of carrots & potatoes, partnered with sides like ayam gulai (RM10-RM15, depending on the accompaniments you pick). Other traditional dishes like lontong (RM5) are also offered for a taste of warung-inspired cooking.
